Job Summary: The Painter is responsible for painting and plastering public areas, resident apartments, units and rooms to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained community environment.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain (paint, plaster, etc.) all public areas, apartments, units and rooms on an on-going basis
- Keep the communtiy decor in good condition
- Clean all work areas after completing job
- Have a thorough understanding of the community's rules and regulations
- Other duties as assigned or required
- Keep outside curbs painted
- Keep all guest corridors in good repair
Qualifications:
- 1 year of previous experience as a commercial painter preferred
- Must have flexible availability
- Ability to work in the interior and exterior of the community and work with paints, plaster and other painting materials
- Attention to detail is important
- Ability to clearly communicate
