Territory Technical Sales Manager - Protocol Test Equipment
About us
Ellisys, a leading worldwide provider of test and analysis solutions for Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Universal Serial Bus (USB), DisplayPort, HDMI, and other data communications technologies is seeking a regional outside technical sales manager (Eastern US) with a background in test equipment sales, specifically, protocol analyzers and testers.
Our customers include the world’s largest technology companies as well as smaller developers, across a variety of markets and product categories, including silicon developers, makers of consumer electronics, wireless radio manufacturers, IP providers, test labs, government agencies, automotive companies, and more.
Your competencies:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, marketing, or engineering
- A successful background in technical sales
- Knowledge of DisplayPort, HDMI, USB, Bluetooth, and/or other protocols
- Experience with CRM systems
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Knowledge of protocol test solutions and use cases is highly desired
- Familiarity with technical standards organizations, such as VESA, USB-IF
The job:
- Reports to the Sales Director
- Periodic domestic travel
- Periodically attends trade shows and other industry events
- Tracks and manages the sales cycle using CRM software
- Performs product demonstrations, both remote and at customer sites
- Assists in the development and analysis of regional sales strategies
This position is likely remote from our US HQ in Gilbert, AZ as the territory is the Eastern US, but we will consider local hire for the right candidate.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $95,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
