Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the payroll and administrative operations of our company. Candidates must be proficient in QuickBooks and Excel, be reliable, responsive, and self-motivated.
Duties:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Prepare and run weekly payroll.
- Utilize financial software such as QuickBooks for efficient record-keeping
- Coordinate accounting tasks
Requirements:
- Proven experience in QuickBooks and Excel
- Proficiency in accounts payable and general ledger reconciliation
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
