As an Outside Sales Representative for Topp Home, you will be meeting with current and potential prospects at their residences for pre-qualified appointments, illustrating our unique offerings from leading manufacturers by using our proprietary software to earn their trust and business! We are a top level customer service company and pride ourselves on taking care of our clients which translates into residual/repeat business for our Outside Sales Representatives!

Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home sales presentations for our product offerings to prospects at their home
- Must be able to work independently
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Competitive to meet/exceed sales goals
- Ability to travel throughout Central Pennsylvania
- Previous one-call close experience is a plus but not required for position
- Present pricing and negotiate contract to facilitate a one-call close
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License with reliable transportation
- 2 years of sales experience
- Ability to work evenings and Saturdays
- Excellent communication, listening skill, and action plan follow through

Pay: $112,100.00 - $220,153.00 per year
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
