Job Description
We are currently seeking an energetic, organized, outgoing individual to join our growing team.
The Dumpster Consultant – Customer Service position is extremely important to the success of the organization. It is vital that the person in this role is always friendly, professional, prompt, and skilled at booking orders and resolving problems to ensure the customer has a great experience. This role is the first point of contact for all customers calling for quotes and processing reservations for dumpsters. In addition, the Dumpster Consultant is the point of contact for the duration of the customer’s rental, answering questions and providing solutions to customer’s problems as needed. A background in sales is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
The Dumpster Consultant – Customer Service job responsibilities include the following:
- Books customer dumpster rentals
- Answers customer calls, emails, and texts
- Provides friendly, professional and prompt customer service
- Provides customers with quotes on dumpster rentals and processes customer orders
- Troubleshoots issues with customer orders
- Effectively communicates with Dispatch and team to ensure customers have an excellent experience with their dumpster rental
- Some administrative tasks
Qualifications
- 1 Years of Customer Service experience Preferred
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Order Entry and processing experience
- 1 Year Experience using CRM software preferred
- Excellent Phone and Customer Service skills
- Data Entry Experience

- Must be organized and detail oriented within all aspects of job duties
