Position: Product Validation Technical Project Manager
Location: Sunnyvale, CA – 100% Onsite (in Quest Global Office)

Salary/Rate: $120K-$130K | $60-$/70hr on C2C
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Manage and drive system level validation of hi-tech wearable products following normal New Product Introduction (NPI) development schedules.
· Program manages product validation efforts and report status to the using agreed forums and tools.
· Drive and execute validation to meet key deadlines and priority goals
· Leading teams, delegating work, monitoring work progress, and Status Reporting to customer
· Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) for quantifying system performance of NPI prototype hardware for comprehensive product validation.
· Develop program schedules based on complex dependencies. Identify critical path items.
· Drive continuous improvement with the functional domains. Improve and develop processes in how status, data, and issues are reported and tracked.
· Working with cross-functional teams leads to defining test plans, test procedures, drive test execution, and data collection.
· Proficient in understanding when/how to escalate issues/risks/blockers and know when to ask for help.
· Utilize various project management tools to help manage deliverables (action tracking, gantt charts and schedule visuals, critical path).
· Work with the team leads to priorities project deliverables.
· Work with the functional domain leads to estimate resource needs (people and equipment) based on validation scope.
· Convert large data sets into clear summaries for stakeholders at all levels.
Minimum Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent industry experience.
· 5+ years' work experience in consumer electronics industry and end to end hardware development processes.
· Excellent technical program management skills. Proficient in developing complex schedules, estimating resource needs, driving actions, publishing meeting minutes, driving weekly customer status meetings.
· Experience in one or more relevant areas: EE testing (SoC, Memory, high speed interfaces) Firmware/Embedded Software, Audio, Connectivity (WiFi/BT), cameras, displays, sensors electro-mechanical fixtures,
· Experience in developing test strategies, encompassing the creating of test plans, design of test cases, development of custom tools, and formation of testing architectures.
· Excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience in debugging and analysis using metrology, system logs, software traces, and customer field feedback
· Experience in working with embedded systems and software, using SoCs, MCUs, memory,
· Experience with Python or Matlab and capable of doing shell/ batch scripting as required. C, Java.
· Knowledge of test automation frameworks and work experience in Android and iOS apps automation with Appium
· Capable to work on both MAC and Windows operating systems
