Position Purpose:
Identify opportunities and develop strategies to facilitate utilization of established and future program services. Represent Rosecrance Health Network and affiliates in an ethical, mature, confident manner so as to create feelings of trust and sincerity when dealing with referents and clients. This position will cover the Chicagoland area of Cook County with a majority focus on the city of Chicago.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, Marketing, Business or related field
- Experience in marketing, public relations, and behavioral health treatment required
Qualifications:
- Ability to present and coordinate seminars, trainings and lectures for referral sources and community resources
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills (ability to interact with referral sources)
- Ability to work within a team
- Excellent organizational skills
- Self-starter with ability to work independently
- Windows-based computer experience or training
- Belief in the mission and vision of Rosecrance
- Ability to create and execute a regional marketing plan
- Ability to conduct a competitive analysis of designated target market area
Essential Responsibilities:
- Work hours prescribed and any additional hours deemed necessary for the responsibilities assigned.
- Provide input for overall marketing plan and strategies.
- Contact existing and/or potential referral sources.
- Conduct community presentations to promote the programs of all Rosecrance Affiliates.
- Organize and facilitate workshops, training, and seminars.
- Respond to client calls/inquiries regarding services and connect to Access.
- Assist in the coordination of client admissions as appropriate.
- Serve as a resource for affiliate clinical teams in relation to providers that may be appropriate for clients at discharged.
- Outreach to professional referents to direct business towards relevant Rosecrance programs.
- Represent Rosecrance in establishing professional relations regarding business development.
- Strive to meet individual and team goals regarding inquiries and admissions.
- Develop a marketing plan which includes research and market analysis.
- Submit monthly activity report to leadership.
- Serve as a member of the team, and participate in all team meetings, duties and activities as assigned.
- Understand and comply with all of the principles established by the Rosecrance Corporate Compliance Program and Code of Conduct.
- Perform all responsibilities in compliance with the mission, vision, values and expectations of Rosecrance.
- Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to every customer.
- Serve as a role model for other staff, clients and customers and demonstrate positive guest relations in representing Rosecrance.

Schedule:
- Monday - Friday
- 8:30am - 5:00pm (with the possibility of evening events)
Location: Rosecrance Chicago region
- This position will work mostly in the field with occasional work from home.
