Minimum Qualifications:
· Have a valid Registered Nurse degree.
· Have or can obtain license to practice in Idaho.
· Have or can obtain current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
· Good communications skills, great empathy for others and the ability to maintain kindness and compassion for everyone.
· Ability to work well under pressure.
· Nursing experience is preferred but not required for some positions.
Responsibilities:
· Conducts all activates with the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
· Work with physicians and other health professionals to create personalized treatment plans for patients
· Provides age-appropriate care that is based on the physical, psychosocial, cultural, safety and learning needs of the individual patients and their families
· Responsibilities may differ within various departments
