Position: Certified Athletic Trainer - Sports Medicine Outreach and Industrial Medicine Team Lead
Location: Kewanee Physical Therapy & Rehab Specialists, 110 E 10th St, Kewanee, IL 61443
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sports medicine outreach programs to local schools, sports teams, and community organizations
- Provide on-site athletic training services including injury prevention, assessment, and rehabilitation for athletes
- Lead and coordinate the industrial medicine team in providing comprehensive injury prevention and treatment services to employees
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Athletic Training
- Current certification as an Athletic Trainer (ATC)
- State license or eligibility for state licensure
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Kewanee Physical Therapy is a PT-Owned private practice established in 2004. We have offices in Kewanee, Galva, and Wyoming Illinois, and we serve our communities with a variety of specialties including sports medicine, lymphedema, Parkinson’s Disease, and general orthopedics and geriatrics. We currently have established contracts with three area school districts with the opportunity to serve several more.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $33.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
