Job Overview:
We are seeking a Construction Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will support construction projects by assisting with various tasks including but not limited to coordination with contractors, contract drafting and bill processing, keeping internal programs (Procore and QuickBooks) up to date as projects progress and ensuring smooth project operations.
Duties:
- Assist in coordinating construction projects and activities
- Maintain project documentation and records
- Communicate with contractors, suppliers, and team members
- Help with on-site logistics and organization
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the construction team
Experience:
The following skills and experiences are preferred for this role:
- Experience in an office environment, such as clerical work or real estate administrative tasks
- Familiarity with office management or personal assistant duties
- Knowledge of project coordination and event planning
- Proficiency in computer literacy and Microsoft office
- Proficiency in bookkeeping skills and a detailed understanding of QuickBooks
- Proficiency in the construction management software Procore
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
