We are looking for candidates with experience in the sales, restaurant, hotel, and customer service industries. Experience in our industry is preferred, but the customer service industry experience is a plus.

* $19 - $25 per hour ($39,520 to $52,000 per year).

Responsibilities include:
- Working with leasing inquiries and securing appointments
- Providing property tours
- Closing and processing rental applications
- Preparing resident's leases and assisting with move-in coordination
- Assist the community manager in the day-to-day operation of the community
- May fill in at other communities as needed
Requirements:
- Self-starter attitude, reliability, discretion, and ability to maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times
- Must possess a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Computer skills and property management software experience are a plus
- Must be available to work Saturdays
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, good driving record, current insurance
