Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Project Manager who is proficient in CAD and coordination drawings. This role involves overseeing mechanical project planning, scheduling, and implementation, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to our quality standards. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in mechanical engineering, excellent management skills, and advanced proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage mechanical projects from conception to completion.
- Develop project plans, including scope, budget, and schedule.
- Oversee and coordinate teams of engineers, designers, and contractors.
- Produce and manage coordination drawings using CAD software.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and building codes.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and reports.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and team members effectively.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve project issues and risks.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.
- Conduct site visits and meetings to monitor progress and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- years of experience in mechanical project management.
- Proficient in CAD software and skilled in producing coordination drawings.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and construction processes.
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a mechanical project.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and building codes.
- PMP, PE, or similar certifications are advantageous.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
