Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Salary range is $18-$21/ hour plus bonuses, paid vacation, and paid sick leave.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer concerns or inquiries
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions
- Analyze customer needs and recommend products or services that best suit them
- Upsell products or services to increase revenue
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers
Requirements:
- Has active property & casualty license, life license is a plus
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in data entry with high accuracy
- Ability to analyze information and make sound decisions
- Excellent phone etiquette and outbound calling skills
- Sales experience is a plus
