Blueray Aquatics is seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as an Office Assistant. Blueray aquatics is a pool maintenance company dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. Our team is committed to ensuring that every pool we service is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team and support our pool technician operations.
As an Office Assistant with a focus on pool technician operations, you will play a crucial role in assisting with work orders, communicating with clients, coordinating with our pool technician operations team. The ideal candidate will be organized, communicative, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Assisting our management team in the following
- Manage incoming work orders and schedule appointments for pool maintenance and repairs.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries, concerns, and scheduling changes.
- Coordinate with the pool technician operations team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Maintaining accurate records of service calls, repairs, and customer interactions.
- Assist in general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
- Provide administrative support to the management team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred.
- Familiarity with pool maintenance operations or similar technical fields is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- Experience with social media management is advantageous.
