We are a premier flooring company in Colorado and surrounding states, specializing in a maintaining well kept showrooms inside and out. Remodel work consistently being done to upgrade showroom displays. We are a family-owned Colorado-based company and we are looking for a Facilities Manager assistant for our Metro Denver locations.
The position will work under the supervision and direction of the Facilities Manager and is responsible for the daily functions of store and facilities upgrades and light construction including painting. This is an opportunity to expand learning your construction skills in electrical, plumbing, lighting and general remodel.
Duties -
● Maintains a clean, neat, and orderly area(s)
● Performs other work-related duties as assigned by supervisor and is flexible and adaptable to changes that will occur during the course of employment
● Maintain open communications with lead Facilities Manager
Experience and skills preferred -
- 1 Year of construction background employment
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to lift 80 lbs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
