Established mid-size Association property management company seeking both a FULL TIME AND PART TIME professional, seasoned portfolio Florida Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) for a Part Time position. Position will be responsible for managing Condos, HOA's and Mobile Home Cooperative Associations. Must be familiar with reading and understanding Association Documents as well as Florida Statutes 718, 719, 720 & 723
Work Schedule : Office Hours: Monday - Friday, Evening meetings mandatory. Emergency On Call duty responsibility monthly.
Typical Duties for this Position - but not limited to:
Will assist each Board of Directors with enforcing documents, physical property maintenance and financial guidance. Meet with Board of Directors, owners, tenants and vendors.
Weekly property visits are required for grounds and building inspections and to meet with the Board of Directors. Dependable transportation is required. Position will require LCAM to obtain quotes, plan, schedule and coordinate general maintenance, major repairs and/or special projects on property.
LCAM must be organized and be able to multi-task daily. LCAM responsible for preparation of all state mandated mailings, as well as Annual Budget preparation, violation correspondence, etc.'
