We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Assistant to support our team in various administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and a willingness to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings.
2. Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and paperwork.
3. Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
4. Assist in project management activities and track progress.
5. Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
6. Maintain filing systems and databases.
7. Perform clerical duties such as data entry and office supply management.
8. Provide support to team members as needed and manage various ad hoc tasks.
9. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders professionally.
10. Executing all bookkeeping responsibilities with a high degree of professionalism and expertise.
Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an administrative assistant or secretary will be an advantage.
2. Proven experience as an assistant or in a relevant administrative role.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
4. Strong organizational and time management skills.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
8. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
9. Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
