Job Summary:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a critical role in driving our company's growth by identifying and generating new business opportunities. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies for lead generation and qualification. Your primary goal will be to create a robust pipeline of high-quality leads that the sales team can convert into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to identify potential prospects and key decision-makers within target companies.
- Initiate contact with potential clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media.
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs, pain points, and fit with our solutions.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate and timely information on leads and prospects.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and messaging.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively communicate our value proposition.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and qualification targets.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in a sales, or business development role, preferably in the technology sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong research and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
