Duties:
- Prepare and cook stir fry dishes using a wok
- Chop vegetables, cut meat, and gather spices
- Follow recipes and cooking techniques to ensure consistency and quality
- Coordinate with other kitchen staff for timely and efficient food preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a line cook, preferably in an Asian restaurant
- Proficient with wok cooking techniques
- Strong knife skills and understanding of culinary techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Availability to work weekends
