Established in 1999, Giftsforyounow.com is an online, personalized, gift retailer offering a wide range of gift items for every occasion. We are looking to fill an open position for Customer Service Representative.
Responsibiilities
- Deliver the highest level of customer service
- Go above and beyond; think outside the box to resolve customer issues
- Process incoming sales orders and resolve customer inquires
- Multi-task while working with multiple systems
- Execute customer retention practices to ensure customer loyalty, including up-selling or cross-selling of additional products
- Follow-up on customer concerns via phone, mail, or e-mail
- The Customer Service Representative will Partner with other departments to resolve customer inquiries or issues
- Perform typical office-related functions
Skill requirements:
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- The customer service representative will have strong interpersonal skills
- 1-3 years experience in customer problem resolution and/or customer retention
- Great phone etiquette, including the ability to maintain a professional demeanor when addressing dissatisfied or irate callers
- 1-3 years experience handling high-volume calls on a multi-line phone system, along with ability to wear a headset for long periods of time; call center experience is strongly preferred.
- Proficient computer skills; must type a minimum speed of 35wpm; experience using an order-entry system is strongly preferred
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize while working in a team or independently
- High attention to detail, especially when proofreading customer orders

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
