As a concierge, you will work at the front desk and provide five star quality concierge services. You will be an ongoing resource by proactively anticipating the needs of our residents so a solution can be offered before being requested. The Concierge responds to each of our residents and visitors, personalizing the delivery of the service to meet the specific needs of each resident. The successful candidate will also provide support to the life enrichment and administrative staff. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS include the ability to walk or stand the duration of your shift, lift a minimum of 30 lbs., push/pull up to 50 lbs. of resistance and work weekends and holidays as needed.
