The Pearson Companies is a long-standing dealer group with 6 stores throughout Virginia & Florida. Construction is COMPLETE at our Hyundai Dealer in Midlothian Virginia & we are rapidly growing! -Are you able to navigate on a PC quickly and efficiently once you have learned the software? (our System requires you to bounce to different screens rapidly to obtain all needed information to fully support our clients)

Schedule Requirements:
Rotating Saturday – 7:45 am – 2:30 pm (Typically, every 3rd week)
(flexibility with current staff to trade and cover is available)
Sunday - CLOSED
Monday – Friday shift schedule availability requirements are:
6:45 am – 4:00pm / 9:00 am – 6:15 pm
This position requires the following responsibilities:
(The appointment coordinating team, usually 4 members, work as a whole together to complete these requirements throughout the day, typically in rotating stations)
· Answering inbound calls within the first 2-3 rings.
· Setting appointments: Listening to client needs, coordinating requests to appropriate time slots, VERIFYING accurate information such as correct phone number, email, physical address, and services requested for their visit.
· Cashiering: Pulling client paperwork, obtaining proper signatures, accepting payments, paging valets to retrieve the vehicles.
· Pre-Printing various forms for next day’s appointments – then reviewing for accuracy, highlights important info.
· Outbound calls to confirm appointments if clients haven’t responded via text, or in system.
· Ability and willingness to leave desk and retrieve vehicle from parking lot if all valets are busy. (This shouldn’t happen often!)
