**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and able to handle a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks. Can sponsor H1B.
**Duties:**
- Manage executives' activities, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and maintaining calendars.
- Handle duties such as greeting visitors, answering phones, and directing inquiries appropriately.
- Demonstrate exceptional when communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Utilize software such as word, excel, powerpoint to assist with financial transactions and document management.
- Perform duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records in an organized manner.
- Assist in by coordinating logistics, managing invitations, and ensuring smooth execution.
- Ability to accurately and efficiently; may be required to meetings or other important documents.
**Skills:**
- Proven experience in management and executive support roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Offices to efficiently work on assigned tasks.
- Strong skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent with a professional demeanor in all communications.
- Familiarity with financial tracking and reporting purposes.
- Experience using for electronic document management is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform duties accurately.
- Prior experience in coordination is advantageous.
- Proficient in typing with the ability to accurately information when needed.
- comfortable doing research for the topics assgined from the executives.
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
