- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, communications or similar major preferred
- Excellent project management skills and ability to work independently and multi-task, with demonstrated attention to detail
- Advanced skills in use of Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and willingness/aptitude to utilize and learn new technology systems
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be willing and able to work evenings, weekends, or other times as required.
- Proven ability to work in diverse settings with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to oversee multiple concurrent projects effectively and ability to work well under tight deadlines
- Flexibility to adapt to changing conditions and requirements
- Experience planning and managing event logistics preferred
