The Program Director for Sarah Heinz House is responsible for the planning, implementation, performance, evaluation and supervision of programs for youth between the ages of 6 and 18. The Program Directors' responsibility supports prioritizing optimal outcomes in Academic Success, Health Lifestyles, Sports, Good Character and Citizenship.
The Program Director also provides leadership and supervision to assigned Youth Development Aides, instrurctors , coordinators and volunteer staff.
The Program Director manages budgets and controls expenses as assigned.
The Program Director will serve as a positive role model while maintaining a positive professional relationship with members, parents, volunteers, staff and the community
Needs to have strong written and verbal skills, effective time management and experience motivating and supporting others.
BS or BA from and accredited college or university or related field of 5 years of equivalent experience.
Proficient with technology on a variety of platforms, e.g., Microsoft Office applications, social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), Zoom, Collaboration Tools (Confluence, Boxed, etc.) and HRM.
Act 33/34 and FBI clearances required. National Criminal Background Check, National Sex offender Registry, Pennsylvania Criminal Background check and PATCH

Pay: $32,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
