Responsibilities:

Process payroll accurately and timely using ADP payroll system.

Perform data entry tasks related to employee compensation, benefits, taxes, and deductions.

Manage payroll functions including reconciliations, reporting, and resolving discrepancies.

Collaborate with HR to ensure accurate employee data maintenance in the payroll system.

Utilize ADP for payroll management tasks.

Stay updated on payroll regulations and compliance requirements.

Assist in year-end processes including W-2 preparation.

Assist the HR department with various tasks including: employment application processing, benefits management, and maintenance of personnel records.

Work on special projects as assigned by the HR & Payroll Director.

Any additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:

Proven experience in payroll processing and administration.

Proficiency in using payroll software like ADP.
