Joining Ledgestone means stepping into a key role where you'll bridge the gap between our clients and their insurance providers, specifically within Property & Casualty. As an Account Manager, your primary focus will be on understanding and addressing client needs, managing new and renewal business accounts, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and analyzing quotes, preparing insurance proposals, responding to customer needs and inquiries, and maintaining an accurate, well-documented client file. Your ability to stay updated on industry changes and efficiently manage the claims process will also be crucial to your success.
Key Performance Objectives:
Manage a portfolio of Property & Casualty clients, focusing on client satisfaction. Required Skills and Abilities:
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and carrier rating platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Ensure client records in AMS are accurately maintained. Expected proficiency within the first 6 months. Required Skills and Abilities:
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Experience with AMS and ACORD applications.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines efficiently.
Prepare and deliver precise insurance proposals and policy evaluations, providing recommendations that align with client needs and exposures. Required Skills and Abilities:
- Strong analytical skills for reviewing rating worksheets and proposals.
- Knowledge of insurance coverage and carrier products.
- Excellent customer service skills.
Efficiently facilitate the claims process, resolve policy-related issues and maintain communication with underwriters to ensure prompt service. Required Skills and Abilities:
- Problem-solving skills to research and resolve issues.
- Ability to participate in client strategy meetings.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry and legislative changes.
