Job Overview:
The Warehouse/Service Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse and service department. This role requires a high level of organization, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure the smooth running of warehouse activities and service coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule service orders, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of service orders, customer details, and service history.
- Communicate with customers regarding service issues, updates, and resolutions.
- Provide administrative support to staff, including data entry and report generation.
- Monitor and manage parts inventory, placing orders as necessary.
- Handle customer inquiries related to service issues in a professional manner.
- Manage and maintain inventory records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, including the preparation of shipping documents.
- Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.
- Maintain accurate records of service orders, including customer details and service history.
- Handle customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and service issues in a professional manner.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills to include effective utilization of e-mail, and electronic calendars, Meeting CRM Software, Google Suite of products (Docs, Chat, Sheets, Forms)
- The position is light work in nature; physical demands are in excess of those of sedentary work and require walking or standing on occasion.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. required.
- Ability to deliver superior service to all internal and external customers and communicate effectively.
- Ability to successfully perform position requirements with excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills required.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
- Ability and willingness to adapt to changing business demands.
- Ability to produce the acceptable amount of work efficiently and accurately; ability to produce a quality final work product.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
