Cunningham Powell Alexander A.C. is currently seeking applicants for our Director of First Impressions position, located in our Morgantown, WV office to assist with receptionist responsibilities Mondays-Fridays. Our firm’s mission is to walk faithfully with its clients through the business of life and to map a financial path to tomorrow. Our firm helps clients take the stress out of business and personal financial matters so they can succeed in their goals.
The ideal candidate will exemplify a friendly demeanor and be team oriented. The person we hire will be the first face our existing and potential clients see and interact with upon calling or visiting us and should be comfortable interacting with numerous people daily. We are seeking someone dedicated to client confidentiality due to the sensitive matter of materials that come in and out of the office regularly.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Front desk operations
· Answering and transferring incoming telephone calls
· Making outgoing telephone calls
· Collection and distribution of invoices
· Collecting, sending, and distributing mail
· Managing project setup and reporting
· Managing schedules for multiple staff

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
