The person in this role is a customer service oriented individual with the ability to remain compassionately calm when supporting client needs. They are detail-oriented and flexible while addressing both in-person needs and incoming phone calls. They exude confidence in conveying the center's financial policies and procedures for both internal and external needs.
Duties Include:
- Assist in Center-wide collection efforts, through client interventions (statements via email/portal, calls, inactivation/therapist & back-office notification, etc.).
- Accept and post payments for daily appointments
Education and Experience
- Associate degree (Bachelor's preferred)
- Administrative Assistant: 1-3 years (Required)
- Customer Service: 3 years + (Required)
- Experience in a counseling or medical front office (Preferred)
