Job Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning duties for vacation rental properties such as Airbnb and VRBO.
- Launder bed linens, bath towels, bath mats, etc., and use a dryer for drying.
- Make beds in each bedroom and replace linens.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other shared areas.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish floors or shampoo carpets as needed.
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, and windowsills.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners.
- Replenish supplies like paper towels, toilet paper, and soap.
- Adhere to established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing concerns and accommodating special requests.
Skills:
- Preferably have experience in Airbnb or hotel cleaning.
- Possess strong customer service skills for client interaction and addressing their needs.
- Knowledge of housekeeping management practices to maintain cleanliness in short-term rentals, including inventory checks, reporting damages, and replenishing disposables.
- Attention to detail to ensure comprehensive cleaning and sanitation.
- Capable of working independently or collaboratively in a team setting.
- Familiarity with laundering techniques for linens and towels.
