We are a high volume call center.
Duties:
- Answer incoming calls from patients and healthcare providers
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Communicate effectively in English and Spanish to assist bilingual callers
- Analyze caller's information and provide appropriate guidance or transfer to the appropriate department
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Document all interactions and update patient records as necessary
- Follow phone etiquette guidelines to ensure professional and courteous communication
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Spanish is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse individuals
- Knowledge of medical terminology to understand and address caller's concerns
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
- Familiarity with medical office scheduling is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze information quickly
- Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
