Stay A While is seeking an experienced Field-Operations manager who has an eye for design, has fantastic people skills, great time management, and detail oriented to work alongside our team. You will be responsible to oversee our field team, maintenance, 3rd party vendors, and project managing for onboarding.

Role Purpose and Responsibilities:
As the field operations manager, you will be responsible to manage the following:
- Inventory of property (furniture and supplies)
- Quality control of properties
- Hosts schedules
- Hosts management
- 3rd party vendor scheduling and managing
- Manage and make sure maintenance gets completed in a timely manner
- Onboarding project managing
- Read Breezeways inspections for quality control
Qualifications and Experience:
Must have Experience in hosting vacation house rentals. Airbnb experience helpful

Be able to formulate strategies to improve performance
Be able to optimize processes and implement best practices to ensure tasks are completed on schedule

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
