FAMILY LEISURE, the leader in pools, spas, and other leisure products has a full time position available for a HR Specialist with some Administrative duties. The Store has recently moved to 16919 Nacogdoches, San Antonio, TX 78266.
Candidate must be available weekdays from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. The Job Duties include:
HR Duties:
- Monitor, Report, and audit time clock punches and time off requests Daily
- Prepare and Monitor Hours (Over-Time) for Bi-Weekly Payroll
- Process New Hire Paperwork and verify accuracy of information
- Act as liaison between Family Leisure and insurance agency/broker regarding benefits
- Handle Incoming mail and forward and inform vendors of Payables Email Address
- Maintain Employee Files to ensure documents are current
- Track work anniversaries and alert managers
- Track new hire 90 day probation periods and report to manages when ending
Accounting/Office Duties:
- Input purchase orders an Inventory software with accuracy
- Creation of new SKUs for products
- Verify inventory receiving once items physically arrive in store
- Monitor Open Purchase Orders (POs) monthly and ensure items are properly received in a timely manner
- Follow up with Purchasing Manager and Warehouse Manager on aged open Pos
- Review and submit “same as cash” applications/contracts and supporting documents to our third-party finance company
- Apply funding of “same as cash” payments to invoices in a timely manner
- Prepare documents when customers request a sales tax refund from the State of Texas
- Answer incoming calls as needed
- Count office supply inventory weekly and submit request for supplies
- Receive and record incoming supplies
- Record credit card purchases/expenses on company card in Jobber
- Scan new customer POS paperwork in Jobber and cloud software
- Log weekly service calls and resolve any issues
- Work closely with the Controller to assist in other tasks
