The Settlement Coordinator position is onsite. It is flexible as full/part-time (depending on the individuals desires) or full-time with competitive compensation and benefits.
Responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:
- Ability to communicate with buyers, sellers, realtors and lenders to facilitate the entire transaction.
• Manage and create real estate documents in order to complete the transfer of property. • Perform settlement closings either in person or remotely.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 3 - 5 year experience in our industry.
• Possess or seek Maryland Title Insurance license within a reasonable time frame. • Notary public (possess or seek)
- Ability to multi-task.
- Team player.
- Proficient in Qualia software (preferred).
- Spanish speaking (not required yet appealing skill).
