Supporting accurate and timely accounts receivable functions
Essential Tasks:
- Accurately process accounts receivable transactions, reports and refunds in a timely manner and check for discrepancies
- Help with processing and posting daily customer payments paid via credit card, wire, check, etc.
- Helps with sending out customer statements and invoices, as needed
- Prepares ad hoc reports and queries for management as necessary; reports to Accounting Supervisor
- Assist with other finance special projects monthly and on demand
- Other duties as assigned
- Regular attendance is a requirement
Job Qualifications:
- 3+ years of prior A/R experience preferred
- Knowledge of corporate policies and compliance initiatives
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to achieve results using team driven philosophies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products is required, specifically Excel
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred
