Position Summary:
The Warehouse and Welding Associate Position is geared towards learning, understanding and managing all aspects of e360’s LED, branding and solution business. Responsibilities include warehouse inventory, printing/finishing, maintaining set project budgets, logistics, and on-site event work and management. This position will work closely with project manager, creative team, warehouse staff, and other colleagues to ensure e360 provides the best solutions for our clients.
As e360 is an events-based business, travel, working evenings, and weekends are part of this position.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
· Must have welding experience
· Cutting, Welding and Painting as required
· Communicate directly with e360 Project and Operation Managers
· Manage warehouse inventory and keep warehouse organized and clean.
· Executes onsite event Branding and LED field board installation and management. Ensures installations executed properly, accurate and to the agreed plan. As well as make approved on site requested changes.
· Performs on/off season preventative and service maintenance on entire LED inventory.
· Ensures LED equipment is functioning and operational from one event to the next.
· Conducts testing, identifies/troubleshoots issues, isolates cause and determines solutions.
· Operates forklifts and pallet jacks regularly to move product within warehouse and onsite for client installations.
· Manage and continue to ascertain proficiency of printing and finishing requirements.
· Travel (Drive to events, Site Visits, Work Events, etc.)
· Interface with vendor(s) to ensure on time delivery of required materials.
· Learn and understand all aspects of Shipping and Receiving as well as e360’s LED offerings.
Experience:
· Must have welding experience
· Clean and valid driver’s license is required. Ability to drive van and 26 ft. box truck. CDL preferable.
· Ability to obtain certification to operate forklifts and pallet jacks.
· Ability to communicate accurately and professionally with all levels of an organization (both internal and clients/venue staff) is a must. Behave in a professional manner both onsite and at company locations.
· Skilled in using basic hand and power tools as needed.
· Exercises good judgment and leverages prior experiences to apply expertise to similar circumstances.
· Well organized with a keen attention to detail. Follow up and follow through.
· Ability to problem solve and dynamically contribute new ideas within a collaborative team.
· Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize as needed to meet daily, monthly, and annual deadlines.
· Ability to work well with others at various levels within the organization as well as internally.
Work Environment:
Work location is at the e360 Warehouse, located in Fort Worth, TX as well as event sites. Some noise and variance in temperature is typical. Hours or work are Monday through Friday (8:30-5:30), but when the workload dictates, staff will be expected to work beyond the normal hours to meet project deadlines, including holidays and weekends, on short notice. Majority of the work hours will be split between the warehouse and onsite at client venue locations (i.e. Event spaces, predominantly pro-sports stadiums).
