**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a safe and engaging environment for young children to learn and grow. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, a passion for early childhood education, and excellent classroom management skills.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with our curriculum and meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Provide individualized instruction and support to students, including those with special needs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social-emotional learning, creativity, and exploration.
- Encourage active learning and participation through play-based activities, arts, and physical education.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement thematic units and projects.
- Utilize technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance the learning experience.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate with parents and guardians regularly.
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of children with varying learning styles and abilities.
**Skills:**
- Experience working with children in a preschool or kindergarten setting.
- Strong background in early childhood education, including knowledge of developmental stages and learning theories.
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans and adapt to changing needs.
- Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to maintain a positive and respectful classroom environment.
- Committment to hands-on learning.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with parents, colleagues, and children.
- Physical education experience and the ability to design engaging physical activities for young children.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.55 - $22.50 per hour
