Large Commercial Landscape Maintenance company is looking for a Client Relations / Accounting Assistant with excellent customer service and communication skills, comfortable in a busy fast-paced office environment. The ideal candidate must be able to multi-task, have intermediate computer skills, be professional and reliable. This position works closely with the President, field managers, office staff, and field employees.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Processes all work orders, proposals, and purchase orders as needed with supporting documentation.
· Closes work orders / purchase orders in a timely manner through successful communication with managers.
· Orders all materials and supplies needed for work orders/purchase orders.
· Responsible for the proper recording of receivable/payable transactions in Aspire / QuickBooks.
· Works with supervisor to determine the most effective policies and procedures.
· Process the allocation, coding, input, and tracking of receivables by job.
· Generates daily, weekly, and monthly reports as needed.
· Provides management with ad hoc reports as requested.
· Performs other duties as assigned.

Experience:
· Assistant Project Manager, 2 years (Preferred)
· Accounts Receivable, 1 year (Preferred)
· Accounting, 1 year (Preferred)
Education:
· High School Diploma or Equivalent required (Associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required).

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday from 7:00AM to 4:00PM
