Duties:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, and email
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with customers
- Assist with sales inquiries and process orders
- Maintain customer records and update account information
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a must
- Ability to analyze and understand customer needs
- Experience in customer service or sales roles preferred
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
