Who Are We Looking For?
Aletheia is looking for a talented, highly motivated individual to work with our Strategy and Business Intelligence team as part of our growing Healthcare practice. This team consists of media strategists & planners, data scientists, data analysts, and marketing technology specialists. The Strategy Supervisor, Healthcare, is a role that helps lead media strategy and planning for existing healthcare related clients and new business. This position reports into the Strategy Director for Healthcare.
What Would You Do Every Day?
- Partner seamlessly with Client Experience, Implementation (Buying and Execution), and other members of the Strategy and Business Intelligence team to develop online and offline media plans, driving actionable insights for campaign optimizations.
- Implement the planning process and assist with the management of the strategic and tactical execution of all media products for Clients of responsibility.
- Confers with Strategy Director, digital subject matter experts, and Clients to establish media objectives and strategies for advertising campaigns.
- Collaborates with Client Experience (account services) to manage daily tasks in support of the media product.
- Studies demographic data and consumer profiles to identify desired target audiences.
- Evaluates media vehicles to determine which most effectively reach target audiences, ensuring recommendations are backed by valid data and insights.
- Maintains effective relationships with vendors and partners. Meets with media representatives and analyzes proposals and packages and capabilities.
- Owns planning documents (ex. flowcharts, media briefs, audience research).
- Calculates plan delivery (ex. impressions, reach and frequency of potential media vehicles).
- Writes and design plan presentations. Presents media plans to all interested parties for approval and makes adjustments as necessary.
- Collaborates with analytics and channel teams to produce and present client performance reporting.
- Demonstrates a complete understanding of the Client’s business and category.
- Keeps current on media trends, increasing understanding of and interest in the marketing and media industries.
- Able to identify and contribute to opportunities for organic growth on accounts.
- Responsible for effectively collaborating both upward to Strategy Director as well as outward to internal teams.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- 4+ years’ Pharmaceutical Advertising, HCP & Consumer/Patient marketing and/or Healthcare media. Will also consider candidates with consumer experience in regulated categories who are looking to move into the healthcare/pharma space.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including regulations, patient pathways, and market dynamics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field degree preferred.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering successful marketing campaigns.

- Proficiency with media planning and related research tools such as MRI Simmons, Claritas, Comscore, Nielsen and Kantar

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
