To oversee the daily operations within the Reclaim facility in accordance to SOP.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School diploma preferred or its equivalent; or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to complete the responsibilities of this position.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Working knowledge of computers
- Ability to work under time pressure and meet production goals
- Ability to assist other operations within the warehouse, as needed and if applicable
- Ability to meet set production and quality goals and follow standard operating and safety procedures
- Ability to work with hazardous waste and make sure Harris Teeter Haz guidelines are being followed.
- Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment

- Regularly required to view items at an extremely close range and must be able to adjust and readjust focus.

Address attendance issues and performance problems or record associates’ out of the ordinary behavior when it occurs, using the Discussion Point and Constructive Advice process. Discuss behavior and possible corrective action with associates to create an action plan according to prescribed procedure. Sign off on the documents with those associates involved and submit to Associate Relations for review.
