As a Divisional Vice President of Operations, we want someone who fits into our desired culture and contributes to it as well:
- Have a POSITIVE, ready-to-help, attitude every day!
- Supervises Regional Vice President of Operations (RVPO), Mobile Administrators and Divisional Directors of Clinical Services. Provides day to day leadership to Regional Directors for the operations of the nursing homes.
- Assist Administrators and RVPOs in the preparation/analyses of the annual financial operating budget
- Ensures company-wide implementation of organization programs and initiatives at all levels of operation
- Achieves positive financial results by monitoring key performance metrics of facilities in relation to the budget and intervene as needed
- Monitor monthly performance of facilities in relation to the budget and intervene as needed
- Assist regional and corporate staff, i.e. clinical, accounting, marketing and human resources to ensure facilities receive appropriate support
- Must ensure successful census development and revenue production
To qualify for this opportunity all we ask is that you:
- Multi-facility leadership experience in a skilled nursing setting
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from a four-year college or university; or one to two years’ related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- MUST have an ACTIVE Administrator’s License in the state of employment
