The top candidates should deeply understand the various marketing methods and comprehend how to keep the company’s brands consistent across all marketing channels. In addition, they should have excellent attention to detail, display critical thinking abilities, and practical problem-solving skills.
· Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing campaigns on CRM and CMS platforms like MailChimp and SendSquared
· Support the marketing team with digital advertising campaigns such as paid search, display ads, social media, and content marketing
· Create and manage online content, print, and websites
· Conduct market research to find new opportunities and increase our presence in the media
· Track marketing campaigns and other activities on the web and compile/provide reports with performance charts and results
· Simplify complex content for clients and management
· Create and edit copy for all marketing channels, including SEO blogs
· Work closely with internal and external graphic designers for content creation and coordinate with external agencies for specialized tasks
· Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals
· Communicate with vendors and follow a list of projects and deadlines
· Keep up with new industry trends
Qualifications and Education Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
· At least 2 years of experience in content management, digital marketing, or similar fields
· Hospitality experience a plus, but not a requirement
Preferred Skills
· Previous experience with Content Management Systems (CMS), preferably WordPress
· Previous experience in data and ad analytics, proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, and the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights, specifically from GA4 and Data Studio
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and editing software, including Adobe’s Creative Suite
· Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
· Ability to work under pressure and meet short deadlines
· Creative thinker and problem solver
· Other soft skills such as teamwork, communication, adaptability, and a proactive attitude
Additional Notes
This position reports to the Marketing Director and is a key contributor to the overall success of the marketing team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
