IEBI, Institute for Effective Behavioral Interventions is hiring a Scheduling Coordinator!
At IEBI, we provide state of the art behavioral intervention services based on applied behavior analysis to assist children and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities and their families.
We are looking for a Scheduling Coordinator who is able to work collaboratively with others, multitask, think critically, talk to families, problem-solve, and experience with CodeMetro NPA is a plus. The Scheduling Coordinator is the primary contact for parents and therapists every day. Responsibilities of the Scheduling Coordinator includes communicating scheduling support to families, therapists, and funding sources, schedule substitute therapists or make up hours for clients, confirm hours for billing and payroll needs, etc. The position does require the individual to be fluent in Spanish.
Hours
- This position will report to the Van Nuys office. Some work may be required to work from home during weekends and holidays.
- We are looking to fulfill a part time position of 20 hours a week (9am to 1pm, schedule can be flexible).
- Training will be paid at $16.90; training time will depend on the applicant. The average time frame of training for the Scheduling Coordinator position is 1 to 2 months.
