What we’re looking for:
The Customer Support Representative fulfills a number of important functions as part of the Customer Support Team. The CSR is responsible for working directly with customers to resolve inquiries using various channels such as website applications, email, and social media.
Key responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and manage through to completion
- Maintain an agreed-upon method of communication with customers
- Utilize analytical and creative problem-solving skills to resolve issues in a timely manner
- Escalate service issues, as necessary, per established escalation procedures
Our ideal candidate:
- High School/GED
- 2-3 years of experience in customer support/service
- Possesses excellent customer support skills
- Proficiency in Google Suite
- Experience with social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
- Ability to perform daily functions with minimal supervision
