Position Overview:
CRH Anesthesia (a Well Health Technologies company) is a fast-growing company providing both anesthesia support to thousands of patients across the U.S. We are looking for an experienced and dedicated individual to join our Operations team as Director of Operations. This position can be remote will be based out of our corporate offices in Atlanta, Georgia.
The Director of Operations will report to the Senior Director of Operations. The Director of Operations duties include, but are not limited to, provider relations, staffing, scheduling, provider compensation modeling, contracting and revenue cycle. This is a highly visible administrative role which will partner with staffed providers, physician partners, Ambulatory Surgery Center administrative and clinical leadership and CRH ancillary and support leadership. The Director will be charged with continuing to identify areas in need of process improvement and will develop and manage implementation plans around such activities as they relate to practice management, clinical quality improvement and operations.

- Expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
Qualifications:
- Must be willing to travel
- Bachelor's Degree with a concentration in Healthcare, Business Administration or a related field
- 5+ years of management experience in a healthcare organization
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $115,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
