Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues or escalate as necessary
- Perform basic data collection and entry tasks using Excel or other software
- Assist with administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to transcribe information accurately and efficiently
- Basic math skills for processing payments and calculating totals
- Familiarity with pivot tables and data analysis is a plus
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred
