Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Program Manager to join our team. As the Senior Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in the oversight of our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with facility, corporate, and state standards, actively participating in performance improvement activities, and providing counseling and therapy sessions as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
PHP Program Oversight: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our Partial Hospitalization Program, ensuring its smooth functioning and adherence to all relevant standards and regulations.
Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with facility, corporate, and state standards, including adherence to all licensing and accreditation requirements.
Performance Improvement: Actively participate in performance improvement initiatives, collaborating with the team to identify areas for enhancement and implementing strategies for improvement.
Counseling and Therapy: Provide counseling and therapy sessions to patients as needed, utilizing evidence-based approaches to support their recovery journey.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including clinicians, nurses, and support staff, to ensure the delivery of comprehensive and integrated care.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and other relevant information.
Quality Assurance: Monitor the quality of services provided and implement measures to continuously improve the quality of care.
Training and Development: Provide guidance and mentorship to program staff, promoting their professional growth and development.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
Licensure or certification as required by state regulations (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.).
Minimum of 1 year of experience in program management within a substance abuse treatment setting.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Commitment to upholding the highest ethical and professional standards.
Compassion and empathy for individuals struggling with substance abuse.
