Preferred Qualifications and Skills
We are looking for a person with tourism studies and with a clear commercial vocation, an external sales representative specialized in the Corporate market for Miami, a sales manager with a proven track record (>2 years experience) in a similar role, with a desire to learn and grow within the company, interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritize and adapt to the changing needs of the operation.
The key responsibilities will be to:
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with the local market
- Research new market opportunities and develop strategies
- Invite potential clients to tour the property and conduct individual tours, highlighting the facilities and services
- Set key performance indicators, monitor and coach performance accordingly
- Telemarketing actions
- Track requests and accounts
- Resolve incidents
Requirements:

- Minimum experience of 2 to 3 years
- Availability to travel
